EVENT OVERVIEW
Where is your company on its lean journey? Do you wonder what defines best-in-class? How do you really rank? In this practical, hands-on workshop led by expert lean practitioner Barry McCarthy, participants will use the “AME Lean Sensei Assessment Tool” to learn how to accurately evaluate your company’s current lean capabilities and develop realistic goals for where to focus next.
The AME Lean Sensei is available to anyone interested in benchmarking their organization. This tool has been recently upgraded to reflect current world best practices in lean deployment. The AME Lean Sensei is a valuable tool to help your organization identify potential areas of focus and improve the way you improve.
The Assessment is generated by gauging performance on a series of lean management categories. Your answers will provide a baseline for refocusing, reenergizing, or even beginning a lean transformation.
