This series of one-day training and networking events focuses on gradual business change and breakthrough improvements by highlighting how Australian companies use continuous improvement, leadership and innovation to support change and business growth. Through the use of case studies, open forums and interactive sessions participants will take away proven practical, process-excellence solutions that they can emulate with pride.

AME Australia is a not for profit association. We charge a small fee to cover the cost of administration and event management.
The fee covers the following: case study presentations and facilitated training, coffee and lunch breaks and relevant documentations.
This workshop requires a minimum of 10 participants, and we advise a maximum of 30 participants.
The event is a full day for a total of 8 hours.
Refreshments will be provided .
You can become an AME member for $265 per year.
This event may be cancelled by AME for any reason. AME is not responsible for incidental costs incurred by registrants.
AME may take photographs during events and may use those photographs for AME’s purposes.
