This series of one-day training and networking events focuses on gradual business change and breakthrough improvements by highlighting how Australian companies use continuous improvement, leadership and innovation to support change and business growth. Through the use of case studies, open forums and interactive sessions participants will take away take away proven, practical, innovative, process-excellence solutions that they can emulate with pride.
PURPOSE
The purpose of this event is:
- To share practical examples from companies who have successfully put change into action and discuss what has been learned from the approach
- To learn about the factors necessary to create a successful Lean and Continuous Improvement transformation
- To provide a framework to think about the learning experiences that help develop Lean Thinking and Doing capability
- To build a social network of like-minded people who are passionate about sharing both their challenges and solutions
- To take away proven, practical, innovative, process-excellence solutions that you can emulate with pride.

OTHER REGISTRATION INFORMATION
AME Australia is a not for profit association. We charge a small fee to cover the cost of administration, venue hire and event management.
The fee covers the following: case study presentations and facilitated training, coffee and lunch breaks, networking drinks and canapes and relevant documentations.
This workshop requires a minimum of 30 participants, and we advise a maximum of 50 participants.
The event is a full day for a total of 9 hours.
Refreshments will be provided .
You can become an AME member for $265 per year.
This event may be cancelled by AME for any reason. AME is not responsible for incidental costs incurred by registrants.
AME may take photographs during events and may use those photographs for AME’s purposes.
