Most organisations struggle with cascading strategy to the point that it is understood and owned, often dealing with the problem of the vital few doing most of the work and most standing by watching. Most often there is a lack of process, poor visualisation, poor or no management framework and no governance. Billy Taylor will show there is a better way. Over 20 years he has developed and implemented a daily management process that has turned around plants from worst to best performers and in recent times has now applied the system in a corporate environment with outstanding results. This biggest takeout though has been the impact on people, as the system provides clarity and purpose to day to day operations and encourages people to step and drive the business forward.
This is a practical hands-on workshop where you will learn how to set up an effective Daily Management Process that will effectively communicate and visualise your strategy, integrated with an effective control and governance process to ensure tactical execution stays on track.
