Event Overview
Guest presenter, Ross Kennedy, will highlight the importance of establishing a stable Production Plan for at least part of the week, so that a site's improvement journey can become more structured and effective.
What Attendees will Learn
The session will cover the following:
- Why a Stable Production Plan is a key foundation for TPM & Operational Excellence (and the development of your wages Production Frontline Leaders or Leading Hands);
- The need to divide up your Product Family Groups to conquer – the role of the Glenday Sieve and Dominant or Green products;
- The new thinking required – Batch versus Flow Logic; and
- Using local case studies to demonstrate a simple pathway to get buy in.
