What happens if we believe that our intelligence and personality can be developed, that we have the ability to learn and grow?
A so-called Growth Mindset allows us to embrace challenges, continuously learn a from criticism, have a strong belief in our own abilities and find inspiration in others’ successes. This results in a passion for stretching ourselves and “sticking to it”, even if it gets tough sometimes. It is this mindset that allows individuals to thrive in the most challenging times and to remain resourceful in the face of adversity.
In this session, we will be talking about the qualities of a Growth Mindset in comparison to a Fixed Mindset. We will cover strategies on how to shift from a Fixed to a Growth Mindset. Participants will walk away with actions on how they can foster a Growth Mindset.
