Are you wanting to discover ways to reduce stress, navigate challenges with agility and boost your resiliency? Then come along to this interactive workshop, to develop skills and put into practice, science-backed ways to boost your wellbeing.
The program introduces Martin Seligman’s PERMAH wellbeing framework and six wellbeing strategies that provide a roadmap to becoming more resilient and well at work. Learn and experiment with these strategies and come away with a toolkit of practices to take back to work and practice as part of your individual wellbeing plan. Boost your resilience by being more mentally, emotionally, socially and physically healthy and perform at your peak. Join us if you wish to be more confident and competent to navigate change, build resilience and take positive steps to stay well.

Facilitator
Marcia Ryan, is the Founder of Wellbeing Works, who offer training programs and coaching services to organisations who want to use a strength-based approach to develop positive leaders, collaborative teams and resilient individuals so their workforce can feel good to perform well.
As a learning and development specialist, Marcia educates individuals, leaders and teams about ways to apply positive psychology principles at work to boost engagement and develop practices to enhance resilience. She teaches practical ways to boost employee wellbeing based on wellbeing science.
Marcia has a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Melbourne, a Graduate Diploma of Instructional Design and a Bachelor of Education. She also has extensive experience consulting with leaders in a range of organisations to deliver organisational development solutions to enhance employee engagement, build high performing teams and to help improve organisational culture.
Marcia draws on this practical wisdom to help you identify the best learning solution for you and your organisation to build your people capability to think well, feel well and connect well with others to strengthen business performance.
Other Registration Information
AME Australia is a not for profit association. We provide high quality low cost events. We charge a small fee to cover the cost of facilitators and administration.
This workshop is conducted using lecture and slide presentation and incorporates practical activities. There are workbooks for all participants with ample time for discussion, interaction, and Q & A.
This workshop requires a minimum of 10 participants, and we advise a maximum of 20 participants.
The workshop is a full day for a total of 7 hours.
Refreshments will be provided .
You can become an AME member for $265 per year.
This event may be cancelled by AME for any reason. AME is not responsible for incidental costs incurred by registrants.
AME may take photographs during events and may use those photographs for AME’s purposes.
