Event Overview
Join AME for a 1 day event to learn a simple but effective technique for engaging in strategic planning. Hoshin Kanri (policy planning/deployment) is a multi-step process used in strategic planning in which strategic goals are communicated throughout the company and then put into action. The Hoshin Kanri strategic planning system originated from Japanese business, but has since spread around the world. There will be a follow up session to see your progress in December.
What Attendees Will Learn
Understand and learn Hoshin Kanri technique. Participants will also have the opportunity to bring their own content and start to develop their own content in practice sessions.
Who Should Attend
Change Practitioners, Lean Practitioners, all Leaders dealing with transformational change that will involve strategic planning. Includes those working in office and operational environments.

Today, Dan Giles is the director of Makoto Asia Pacific, a Japanese headquartered lean consulting firm best known for its Japanese Lean tours through the Toyota and other manufacturing plants, studying the world's best practice Lean and Kaizen. Makoto is renowned globally for a people-focused approach to sustainable Lean training, consulting and implementations.

AME Australia is a not for profit association. We provide high quality low cost events. We charge a small fee to cover the cost of event management and administration.

You can become an AME member for $265 per year.
This event may be cancelled by AME for any reason. AME is not responsible for incidental costs incurred by registrants.
