Join AME for a breakfast event to learn a simple but effective technique for engaging teams in understanding process, customer and business critical requirements.
What Attendees Will Learn
Understand and learn the SIPOC process mapping technique. The SIPOC, identifying Suppliers, Inputs, Process, Outputs and Customers to a value stream is a fantastic framing technique for getting everyone on the same page to scope and understand transformation projects, both technology and people-centric. Participants will also have the opportunity to bring their own projects and potentially conduct a SIPOC exercise with other attendees on their project.
