EVENT OVERVIEW
In this session guest speaker, Ross Kennedy, will discuss the importance of Effective Daily Review Meetings along with the learning from Toyota regarding the importance of Human Capital Development to support your Op Ex journey.
He will also cover why Daily Review Meetings should be focused on developing your Leaders, especially your Frontline Leaders.
Ross will explain why actions to address problems and issues raised at Daily Review Meetings should be classified into the 3 criteria.
He will also explain how to promote clear accountabilities for performance and actions and use examples to demonstrate where the right questions are being asked.
Finally, he will give everyone the opportunity to rate their own meetings and discuss the upcoming workshop on the same topic.

Ross Kennedy, Principal Director / TPM & Op Ex Consulting, Training, Coaching, Navigating, Author
Ross has been actively involved with Lean since 1985 and the application of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) since 1990. In 1998 he developed and launched an Australasian version of the Japanese TPM methodology and the Toyota Production System (Lean) with a strong focus on Human Capital Development through On-going Improvement (a key driver of the Toyota Production System). Ross has assisted Manufacturing, Mining, Process Industries, Utilities, and Service companies throughout Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, and Indonesia to strive for and achieve TPM & Operational Excellence.
