WHY JOIN?
At the AME Executive Leaders Series, we bring together senior executives, business owners and leaders looking to improve their business. With a guest speaker and a qualified facilitator, we provide the insights and discussions to benefit both your business and personal development.
When you join, you become a part of an exclusive group of influencers who share and collaborate on their challenges, to thrive along their pathway to excellence. By joining a network of like-minded professionals, you are able to both gain and give advice to group members along the way.
HOW DO WE MEET?
We understand that you're busy, which is why we limit your commitment to just one 1.5-hour group session every month. These sessions address immediate challenges while exploring new opportunities and building trusted relationships. Sessions will rotate between the Executive Leaders Forum and the Executive Leaders Roundtable.
The Executive Leaders Forum is delivered by industry thought leaders and experts, focused on real-time strategic opportunities. Each session includes networking, a presentation from a guest speaker and a knowledgeable group discussion, facilitated by an AME Board Member, reflecting on the day's topic and how it influences our businesses.
The Executive Leaders Roundtable uses the Improvement Kata method to share improvement activities and receive feedback from the group. Each session includes:
The opportunity to:
