AME Event Terms and Conditions
All event attendees must adhere to the event Code of Conduct.
The host company reserves the right to decline attendees.
Maximum of three people per company, additions will be added to a waitlist (site tours only).
Cancellations can be made up to one week before the event. Substitutions may be made up to three days before the event.
An event may be cancelled by AME for any reason. AME is not responsible for incidental costs incurred by registrants.
AME may take photographs during events and may use those photographs for AME’s purposes.
AME may email you updates on future events and activities.
AME Conference Terms and Conditions
All event attendees must adhere to the event Code of Conduct.
If payment is not received by the event date, AME will not allow access to the event platform.
Cancellations can be made up to one week before the event. Substitutions may be made up to three days before the event. Cancellations must be emailed to ame@ame.org.au.
On behalf of our host plants, AME may have to preclude some attendees from participating in plant tours due to the proprietary nature of some information presented. Attendees may be asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before participating in a plant tour.
AME may take photographs during events and may use those photographs for AME’s purposes.
AME may record some events and may use the recordings for AME’s purposes.
