Engaging people for improvement
EVENT OVERVIEW
Join influential leaders who inspire continuous improvement in their organisations.
This month we welcome guest speaker Ron Harper who will talk to the group about what People Centric Leadership is, and how it can create superior business performance.
His presentation will focus on the power of creating a highly engaged team, and channeling that engagement and alignment to superior business results.
Many businesses are challenged with the apparent conflict of bottom-line results and effective people-centric leadership and the care for your teams and people.
Together we will talk about how this conflict may be overcome by aligning personal needs and fulfilment with business challenges.
Join the conversation!

HOW DO WE MEET?
We understand that you're busy, which is why we limit your commitment to just one 1.5-hour group session every month. These sessions address immediate challenges while exploring new opportunities and building trusted relationships. The Executive Leaders Forum is delivered by industry thought leaders and experts, focused on real-time strategic opportunities. Each session includes networking, a presentation from a guest speaker and a knowledgeable group discussion, facilitated by an AME Board Member, reflecting on the day's topic and how it influences our businesses.
