AME invites you to register for the upcoming Operational Excellence Networking Dinner. At this event we welcome guest speaker Andrew Stewart presenting on business excellence. The evening’s talk is titled "Eliminate the problems and stop the workarounds." Andrew will talk about how to develop a standardised way to stop the wasted time and effort and achieve a “right first time” culture. He will introduce one of the proven methodologies for problem solving, the RAPID program, which he introduced a number of years ago based on a proven healthcare program developed in the USA and successfully applied in a number of Australian hospitals. The RAPID program is an opportunity to actively involve your people in improving the business.
