COURSE OVERVIEW
Laying the foundations for more creative and meaningful work requires imagining being more efficient and effective, less stressed, and more successful.
To be creative and make positive change happen requires us to implement processes and practices that continuously liberate time from our existing work. To achieve this is not difficult, it just requires a different approach. All work, whatever it is, can be transformed to reduce the effort, chaos, and unpredictable frenzy that grows to characterise your day and rob you of creative time. Discontinuous and interrupted work can be converted into a smooth flow.
This is a foundational course developed to create an awareness and capacity for establishing control within your work flows.
This course has an applied learning structure where we will measure the effectiveness of the development with measures and indicators at the end of the program. It is an activity based program where time will also be allocated to networking and sharing experiences.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This foundational course is ideally suited for individuals seeking to foster creativity and meaningful change in their work by adopting more efficient and effective practices. It's designed for those who find themselves overwhelmed by the chaos and unpredictability of daily tasks, looking to transform their work into a smoother, more manageable flow.
COURSE STRUCTURE
This course unfolds over six weeks through six targeted 45-minute online sessions, each designed to introduce and plan varied work methodologies. The week following each session, participants will apply these approaches in real-world scenarios. The course culminates in steps to solidify these new practices into daily routines and strategise future improvements, blending theoretical learning with practical application for a comprehensive professional development experience.
