EVENT OVERVIEW
The application of action learning to projects of real importance to your business can deliver systemic change and sustain business outcomes long after the project is completed
Action Learning is learning by doing. A small team works intensively to tackle a problem of real importance to the organisation. This is not required for tame problems (see below) but for situations where no single course of action is clear or to be justified, wicked situations or issues, the process works surprisingly well.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
In hosting a project, a company benefits from practical, costed recommendations which can be implemented to improve business performance.
